I have practiced since 1974, handling serious car wreck cases, truck accident cases, product liability cases and other serious personal injury cases for plaintiffs. I handle brain injury cases, wrongful death cases, multiple broken bones cases and many other types of serious injury cases.

By my peers, I was elected to serve two years as national head of the Women Trial Lawyers, and two years as national head of the Environmental and Toxic Tort Law attorneys.

I have written for over twenty-five years for Lexis Nexis, the largest law book publisher in the world. Among other publications I have authored, I am the principal author and editor-in-chief of the Lexis five volume set A Guide to Toxic Torts, a contributing author to the Lexis four volume set Drug Product Liability, and a contributing author to the two volume set Alabama Civil Practice Forms. It is published by Michie, a subsidiary of Lexis Nexis. On a regular basis, I write “Expert Commentaries” for other Lexis Publications. These publications are all reference materials to help other attorneys and courts in handling cases.

I have spoken at many seminars to teach other lawyers matters about the law. I am listed in over a hundred Who’s Who type publications and was previously chosen the most outstanding young career women in Alabama by the Alabama Federation of Business and Professional Women.

I speak both English and Spanish and have helped a number of Spanish speaking clients with their cases.
